  2. About Amelie Hegardt Amelie Hegardt is an artist working across mediums to collaborate with clients and to create her own imagery. Her work has been shown in galleries, magazines and books, on buildings, clothing and websites. Originally from Sweden – via Paris, Milan, New York, Beijing and Tokyo – she now lives and works in London Amelie combines a highly articulate technique with an intuitive feel for the human form.To best distill the emotions of each project she may turn at different times to pastel, crayon, animation, ink, or paint. She drafts every original work by hand and remains committed to the longstanding art of classical illustration, and to life drawing as its foundation.
