  8. Keynote speakers • MENON, Saraswathi is currently the Director of the Evaluation Office in the United Nations Development Programme and the elected Chair of the United Nations Evaluations Group that brings together the heads of evaluation of all UN organizations.

  9. Keynote speakers • O’BRIEN, Finbar is Director of Evaluation at UNICEF. He was formerly the Head of Evaluation and Audit with the Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland and also served as Chair of the DAC Evaluation Network.
