  1. 3rd PRIMARY SCHOOL NAME ARKA BOŻEK IN RYDUŁTOWY, POLAND

  2. This is our school logo. You can see it on our school uniforms.

  3. Our school has got a patron – it is Arka Bożek (1899-1954) who was a politician in Silesia. He did many good things for Poland and Silesia, for example he took part in Silesian Uprisings in 1919-1921 and he wrote many texts in which he was against Germanisation in Silesia.

  4. Henryk Mikołaj Górecki (1933-2010) was a famous composer. He was born in Czernica, a village near our town Rydułtowy. He worked as a teacher at our school for three years.

  5. HISTORY… Our school in 1874.

  6. HISTORY… The building of the school was extended in 1973.

  7. HISTORY… Our school several years ago…

  8. TODAY… …and this is our school now – after some changes.
