Performance Metrics: Each SC21 company should use the following definitions of quality and delivery: Av 100% Av 97%
Sustainable Improvement: • To eliminate duplication SC21 companies have agreed to a single improvement program that is relevant to all customers. • The improvement journey must be driven by senior management to ensure the improvement plan is regularly reviewed and that all necessary resources are available to undertake the defined tasks.
Improvement Framework: Framework below is the recommended SC21 approach for small to medium companies. Larger companies would be expected to use the EFQM model.
Recognition: • SC21 companies have signed up to a formal recognition process which reflects the contribution and commitment of their supply chain. • Organisations achieving and maintaining agreed criteria in terms of delivery, quality, sustainable improvement and the associated improvement frameworks (business and manufacturing excellence) receive recognition in the form of a bronze, silver or gold award sponsored by an SC21 company, regional partner, or A|D|S.
