  2. INSPECCION PLANEADA Actividad preventiva sistemática para DETECTAR, ANALIZAR Y CORREGIR actos y condiciones sub estándar

  3. OBSERVACION PLANEADA Actividad preventiva sistemática para verificar el desempeño de un trabajador, en relación al PROCEDIMIENTO (ESTANDAR) establecido para la ejecución de una tarea

  4. CONDICIONES SUBESTANDARES • Falta de Orden y Limpieza • Herramientas defectuosas • Equipos en mal estado • Materiales mal apilados • Señalizaciones insuficientes • Protecciones inadecuadas • Ruidos y vibraciones excesivas • Iluminación o verificación inadecuada • Peligros de incendios o explosiones • Gases, polvos, etc., por sobre el LMP Afectan la Producción, los Costos, la Calidad, la Seguridad

ACTOS SUBESTANDARES PRODUCCIÓN, COSTOS, CALIDAD, SEGURIDAD • Operar sin autorización • Usar un equipo defectuoso • Operar a una velocidad inadecuada • No usar equipo de protección personal • Levantar en forma incorrecta • Efectuar mantenimiento con equipo en movimiento • Consumir drogas o beber alcohol • Hacer bromas • Adoptar una posición incorrecta • Desactivar dispositivos de seguridad • Etc.

  7. INSPECCION PLANEADA Identifica problemas potenciales que no se previnieron durante el diseño o análisis de tareas. Identifica deficiencias en los equipos, por uso y desgaste normal ó por mal uso. Identifica los efectos que producen cambios en los procesos o los materiales. Identifica deficiencias de tareas y de las acciones correctivas.

EJECUCIÓN DE LA INSPECCIÓN PLANEADA DURANTE LA INSPECCIÓN • Utilizar la Lista de Chequeo adecuada para el área, equipo, instalación a inspeccionar. • Anotar toda condición sub estándar identificada. • Buscar las cosas que no sea posible identificar a primera vista • Describir y ubicar cada aspecto claramente, utilizando diagramas, fotografías. • Tomar medidas correctivas inmediatas • Elaborar los informes a la mayor brevedad posible

  19. EJECUCIÓN DE LA INSPECCIÓN PLANEADA DESPUES DE LA INSPECCIÓN • Estimar la gravedad potencial de la pérdida • Evaluar la probabilidad de ocurrencia de pérdida • Ponderar las alternativas de control • Priorizar las acciones correctivas • Asignar los responsables de ejecutar los controles
