More ways to deal with annoying co-workers…. - Maintain your own professionalism - Avoid getting drawn into conflict - If you choose to have the “discussion”, use “I” statements - Talk to your supervisor or your ombudsperson to explore ways to resolve the issue - Your last resort – a formal, written complaint - If your co-worker’s behavior goes beyond annoying or difficult into harassing and hostile – get help!
