  1. 8in Photocathode Plan • Chamber is ready to process • <10-9Torr base vacuum, RGA operational, fully baked • Chamber reconfigured for 8in depositions • Have all internal tooling • 5mm thick, 8.7” polished B33 windows ready • One has been NiCr border electroded • Complete process loading in next 2 days • Shoot first 8in cathode early next week • Can process 1 per week thereafter
