Specifics: • Stable • Unstable (accelerated or crescendo) • With documented spasm (angioplastic) • Ischemic chest pain • Ludwigs • Coronary slow • flow syndrome PECTORIS Please Identify Further: ANGINA • angina pectoris with atherosclerotic heart disease of native coronary arteries. • atherosclerosis of coronary artery bypass graft(s) and coronary artery of transplanted heart with angina pectoris .
