  11. Registration to the exams • COMPULSORY • RESPECT THE DEADLINE TO BE REGISTERED TO THE EXAMS

  12. LEARNING AGREEMENTS • Signed by yourdepartmentalcoordinatorat the IAE SMB

  13. Page of changes • Changes have to be made within two months and validated by your university

  14. Certificate of arrival • Signed by the international office at the beginning of yourstay Please do not bringitwithyourcertificate of departure….at the end of the semester

  15. Certificate of departure / attendance • Signed by the international office at the end of your stay only the last week

  16. Transcript of records • 1st semester: grades online end of January-beginning of February. The original transcript of records is sent to the sendinguniversity or to the studentmid-February • 2ndsemester: grades online end of June. The original transcript of records is sent to the sendinguniversity and to the studentbeginning of July (email + original)

  17. After the mobility • YOU fill in the form with the information on your transcript of records • You email it to me • I check it, sign it and send it back to you
