IDR Requirement Reports Though Protocols Section 18.6.1 mandates installation of an IDR for specific ESI IDs, there are some gaps in the processes spelled out to get these installations completed. Question: Should action be taken to modify Protocols and/or the RMG to require TDSP installation of an IDR after some amount of time in the absence of a CR request, unless there is a new customer move-in?
