MONITORING INDICATORS Reduction in maternal mortality by 20% by 2015 Reduction in the time spent on the road to access health facilities by 50% by 2015 Increase in the number of women (individual/ groups) who owns transport businesses by 20% by 2015 Construction and rehabilitation of 10,000KM of motorable and rural and urban road network leading to health facilities
