Black Foot: Slaughter River • Black foot Indians had a very neat way of ending a buffalos life. how they did this was chance and drag the them off the cliffs to kill them. Louis and Clark saw buffalo around the area. The place was some what flat and with cliffs. They reported in their journal was about buffalo and what they were used for like the skin.
Chinookan Tribes: • The expedition was visited by chiefs of the Chinookan tribes from the Washington shore in Columbia. The chiefs of the tribes were given medals and assorted other presents by the co-commanders as a customary gesture of good will. All Louis and Clark seen on their way through rock fort campsite was rocks in every direction; it was a very hilly sight.
Plateau Indians: Louis & Clark trail • These Indians were met up with Louis and Clark. They traveled on a road that was used by the Indians a lot. The place they were was filled with storms all around like rain snow sleet strong winds etc..
