Mission Statement The mission of Nashville Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) is to provide training, counseling and job placement services for citizens of the community who are disadvantaged economically, educationally and socially.
Vision Statement Our vision is to guide people on a successful road to self-achievement: leading to self reliance.
President/CEO Margaret R. McClain is President and Chief Executive Officer of Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC), Inc., of Greater Nashville. Mrs. McClain started work- ing with OIC Nashville in 1999 as a contract employee and became the Director in 2000. In 2002 she became The President/CEO.
