Project goals/objectives • Provide hairdressing teachers within the Hair and Beauty faculty with skills and confidence to develop resources and assessments online • Improve on purchased resources by embedding activities, learning tools and assessments • Develop support tools for students undertaking online delivery

  3. Where am I up to? • Funding approved and resources ordered • Contact each campus to encourage hairdressing teachers to be part of my project as a mentee • 3 keen mentees already onboard

Change Management Project Plan • Gain management support & funding • Purchase existing resources • Project team trained in developing online L&A resources • Embed L&A tools • Implement online classroom learning using DE pilot group • Provide learner support with online tools • Evaluate resources on completion and make improvements
