The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Tuition Bills Where’s my bill? • Tuition bill notifications will be sent July 22 via email. • Emails will be sent to the address on the student’s record. • Reminder emails will be sent as the due date approaches. Paper bills will NOT be mailed.

The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Tuition Payments eCheck • A secure, online method of payment just like a traditional paper check. • No convenience fee. • Upgraded UT EID is not required. • Parents can pay as an eProxy.

The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Tuition Payments Installment Plan • 1st payment is about 50% of the total plus a $15.00 service charge due August13th before 5:00 p.m. • 2nd and 3rd installments are each about 25% of the total tuition and are due September 26th and October 24th before 5:00 p.m. • Students must electronically sign a promissory note to pay on the installment plan.
The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Tuition Payments Tuition Loans • Institutionally awarded for amount of balance and applied directly to the bill. • To apply, go online to “Tuition Loans” from My Tuition bill site. • Repayment is due 30 to 90 days from when the loan is awarded.
The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Tuition Payments Financial Aid • Partial – Automatically applied to tuition bill. • Student must pay remaining balance by the due date.
The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Tuition Payments Financial Aid • Go to “My Tuition Bill.” • -Select the option: “Pay With Financial Aid” • -No further action is required as long as the “My Tuition Bill” web site reads: **Your registration is complete and your courses are secured**. • -A balance will continue to show as due until awards are released at the beginning of the semester.
The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Tuition Payments Zero Bill • A third-party, exemption/waiver or UT department is covering the entire tuition bill. • Go to “My Tuition Bill.” • -Select the option: “Confirm Attendance” • Attendance must be confirmed by August 13 at 5:00p.m. or registration will be canceled.

The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Special Cases Valedictorians • Highest ranking graduate of an accredited Texas high school. • Covers tuition for 2 long semesters. • Provide Student Accounts Receivable with certificate from the Texas Education Agency.
The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Special Cases Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan • Provide Student Accounts Receivable with a copy of the TGTP ID card– not required for student to register. • Covers resident tuition; other fees must be paid by the tuition payment deadline. • Students with zero bills must confirm attendance prior to the payment deadline.
The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Special Cases Texas Tuition Promise Fund • Plan PURCHASER must go to TTPF web site, www.texastuitionpromisefund.com, and indicate the student will be attending UT Austin each semester. • Plan covers resident tuition; optional fees must be paid by the tuition deadline. • Students with zero bills must confirm attendance prior to the payment deadline.
The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Special Cases 529 College Savings Plans • Payments are made in agreement with individual plans, and made directly to the university. • Payment due dates must be met.

The University of Texas at Austin Student Accounts Receivable Special Cases Scholarships & Special Billing • Special billing agreements received by the tuition due date will apply to tuition first. • Scholarships will pay outstanding balances such as tuition or room & board. • Remaining scholarship funds will be released to the student.
