WHERE & What? • Longmont – Council passed o & g regs and MOU with TOP Operating 7/12 (State sues); In Nov citizens voted to ban fracking (COGA sues) • Fort Collins – Council passed a ban &resolution supporting Longmont in lawsuit with State 3/13; MOU with Prospect Energy in May; Nov voters approve a 5-yr moratorium on fracking (COGA sues)

WHERE & WHAT? • City of Boulder – Council enacted a 1-yr moratorium 6/13; Voters passed a 5-yr moratorium 11/5/13 • Boulder County – Commissioners extended 16-month moratorium by 18-months 6/2013 • Broomfield – 8/7/13 Council approved an MOU with Sovereign; 11/5 citizens approved a ban on fracking

  4. WHERE & WHAT? • Lafayette – Voters enacted a fracking ban called the ‘Lafayette Community Rights Act’ 11/13 • Loveland – Last month, Citizens defeated a proposed 2-yr moratorium
