  1. Tutorial Exercise 7 Help At Home is an agency which provides various services such as baby sitting and dog walking. Details of all bookings and a record of the service carried out are kept as in the examples shown below. Assume only one person (employee) is involved in carrying out each particular service. An hourly rate is charged depending on the type of service required. Note that customers will only be able to make one booking for a particular service per day.   2. q1 Extract the appropriate information from the details given in the forms and write it in the form of a universal relation (un-normalised form). • q2 Identify a primary key for the whole relation. • q3 What is the first normal form rule? Provide a determinacy diagram for the relation in the previous question. • q4 Convert the un-normalised table into relations in the 1NF.
