Six mains users groups of the 4th census data to Benin Government (President of Republic and members, Ministers and army ) Partenaires techniques and financiers Organize to press and media (write press, television and radio) National Assembler & Institutions of Republic ( CES, CC, HAAC, HCJ, CS) Decentralization : 12 regions Prefets, Maires, CA, ONG, Civil Society, Notables & Sages Others Universities and centers or school of education/research and others (company insurance, societies, industries, …)

Users’ needs of census data • General characteristics of population : repartition spatial, migration and structure by sex and et age, possession birth carte, • Dynamic of population : maternity , situation of matrimonial & marriage and mortality, Esperance of live, migration and the impacts of urban grown • Economic characteristic : population active, activities economics and occupation • Socio-cultural characteristic : religion, ethnic , nationality,foreigner residents in Benin, alphabetization, scholarization & families determinants of education, • Characteristics of households, accommodation of live (facilities access, accessibility of drink water) accommodation and household poverty (differences' facets of poverty, cartography of poverty),

Users’ needs of census data (suite et fin) • Characteristics of population vulnerable : population senior citizens, women, children and persons handicappers, • Demographics projections and prospective studies on social demand (level decentralize) • Characteristics of households agriculture working (level decentralize) • Atlas demographics (centers/facilities of Heath, of education/school, of to take the drink water, etc..) • Tends and probabilities attainted to the MDG’s to 2015, • Regional monographic.
