Adjustments to Environmental Health Fees • Well Application Fee: • Current fee: $80.00 • Requested change: Increase to $105.00 • Well Abandonment Fee: • Current fee: $57.00 • Requested change: Decrease to $40.00 per well to a maximum of $400 per site • Commercial Well Fee: • Current fee: $165.00 • Requested change: Increase to $200.00 • Monitoring/Irrigation Well Fee: • Current fee: $80.00 for up to 8 wells per site • Requested change: $40 per well to a maximum of $400 per site
Adjustments to Environmental Health Fees ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Resolution of the Orange County Board of County Commissioners regarding certain services fees charged by the Orange County Health Department and authorizing revisions to the schedule of fees to take effect on October 1, 2013. Fees may be adjusted annually for inflation at a rate consistent with the consumer price index or 3%, whichever is less.
