Session Objectives Understand what evidence needs to be produced for: Task Ci – Showing the development of an IMMP and developing skills to create elements of it (0-9 marks) Task Cii – Describing how the IMMP has been made identify the skills which have been used (0-6 marks) Task Ciii – The quality of the product made, range of features used and suitability for purpose (0-6 marks)

Task Cii Task Cii requires you to explain how you have made each scene including the addition of interaction, You need to take screen shots of each screen in OPUS and talk about how its been created including all the animation and actions used to make the product interactive. You could use a table in addition to screen shots to summarise the skills used in the creation of each scene Mark scheme Band #1 Identifies some of the skills which have been used to create and add interaction to the product, Band #2 Describes a range of the skills which have been used to create and add interaction to the product, Band #3 Fully explains a range of the skills which have been used to create and add interaction to the product,

Task Ciii Task Ciii assess the quality of the actual product you have made You will need to provided annotated screen shots of each scene in preview mode to show how it works, A final navigation diagram is also helpful, A copy will also be burnt onto CD so it can be shown to others. Mark scheme Band #1 A solution is created which “kind of meets” the clients brief Band #2 An effective solution is created which meets the clients brief and makes good use of design and layout facilities. It also includes a variety of different interaction methods. Band #3 A complete and complex solution is created which meets the users brief. It shows effective use of design and layout facilities and includes and extensive range of interactive features.

  5. Interactive Features These are some of the interactive features which should be used within your product Utilising buttons/hotspots/links/hypertext links; Utilising transitions; Utilising frames; Using drag and drop features; Allowing text/numeric input; Creating interactive images; Having start/stop procedures controlled by the user.
