CAP Membership Card Changes • Effective 1 Oct 10 currentblue ID card no longer issued • Senior and Cadet members 18 and over new photo card issued no charge as they join or renew • Seniors with no photo on file, and other categories will be issued the newly designed ID card without photo • All senior members required to • have photo on file by 1 Jan 2012 • Duplicate or replacement ID cards will cost $3.00 • Members changing category receive new card at no cost • Personal info (height, weight, etc.) will no longer be printed on back side of card

Consolidated Maintenance • 51 wings / 523 aircraft under contract • WA currently has a consolidated maintenance proposal under review • 97% complete deploying consolidated aircraft maintenance to all wings
CAP Audit Analysis • Financial Management – Second unqualified audit opinion • CAP received its second unqualified financial audit opinion since the inception of the cooperative agreement in FY01 • An unqualified audit opinion rendered by an external auditor provides the highest level of assurance of fiscal responsibility • CAP is committed to accountability and transparency in financial management • CAP has received unqualified A-133 compliance audits since FY04

Surrogate Predator Surrogate Predator Green Flag operations began in LA in Oct 2009 and in NV in July 2010 Goal: Train US ground forces in Predator ops before they deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan
