  1. Top 3 States with The Best Infrastructure in USA Without a doubt, America's infrastructure is disintegrating. The transportation infrastructure of this nation is in a truly poor state and needs improvement. Due to the underfunded state, America isn't fit for settling infrastructure issues, however it may be relieved by privatization, in which a transportation infrastructure company invests bridge capital for improving poor infrastructure. There are few states that are having the best infrastructure in America. These states are managing to stay on solid ground in 2019. 1. Indiana It’s a key access point, with roughly one-third of the nation’s population located within a day’s drive. Indiana ranks 11th nationally in the value of goods shipped from the state. Indiana scores A+ grade in infrastructure. Although, 6.2% of bridges and 9.4% of roads are still in poor condition. •Infrastructure score in 2019: 241 out of 350 points •US population within 500 miles: 109,073,615 •The average commute to work: 23.4 minutes •20-year water-system needs: $7.5 billion

  2. 2. Kentucky Kentucky is also known as the Bluegrass State. With seven key ports on the Ohio rivers and Mississippi, Kentucky is an essential shipping gateway to the nation. Here, the rail network is robust and highways are well maintained. Approximately, 227 million tons of freight passed through the Bluegrass state in 2017, the 12th highest across the nation. Kentucky has scored A grade by ASCE in infrastructure. Here, 7.1% of bridges are in poor condition and 6.8% of roads are in unacceptable conditions. •Infrastructure score in 2019: 231 out of 350 points •US population within 500 miles: 114,706,970 •The average commute to work: 23.1 minutes •20-year water-system needs: $8.2 billion 3. Kansas Kansas is the Sunflower State. Kansas has the nation’s best-maintained highways. Highway maintenance had been facing a crisis for many years to pay for deep tax cuts. The cuts have since been repealed. The Sunflower State has scored A grade for infrastructure in 2019. However, 5.2% of bridges and 4.1% of roads in Kansas are in poor condition. •Infrastructure score in 2019: 229 out of 350 points •US population within 500 miles: 41,775,422 •The average commute to work: 19.2 minutes •20-year water-system needs: $5.3 billion A private transportation infrastructure agency, United Bridge Partners claims and works private toll bridges over the United States. The organization contributes private infrastructure capital to help the government during the underfunded state. Presently, United Bridge Partners works Cline avenue bridge in East Chicago, which going to open for traffic in January 2020. In 2009, this bridge closed and sentenced because of its structure being weakened by consumption. The bridge will help every day suburbanites making a trip to and from work, interstate cargo traffic, vacationers originating from Chicago and people visiting attractions around the southern tip of Lake Michigan.
