  2. Headteacher’s Report • To include information on:- • Standard Assessment Tests (SAT’s) • Attendance Data • Exclusion Information • Extra Curricular Activities • Anything that provides evidence of the School’s intention to improve

  3. Annual Performance Review • Provided by ESIS and includes:- • Comparative information on SAT’s • Brief report on the progress (or otherwise) of the School • Target areas

  4. School Development Plan • The School Development Plan (SDP) will include:- • Details of target areas • Planned action to meet targets • Financial information • Prediction of the future?

  5. WHO CAN HELP?

  6. Governor Support Service • Provides (in most cases) a Clerk to Governors • Can be used as a tool by Governing Bodies to raise standards • Helps Governing Bodies manage their statutory responsibilities and duties • Will focus governing bodies on their strategic role • Readily accessible

  7. Complaints Officer • Will provide advice and guidance on complaints • Monitors and develops the Complaints Policy • Has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with ‘events’ in Schools
