A system that cuts energy costs by 20% • Ensures everything that can be is shut down when not in use • Limits when plant and equipment can be turned on – removes staff intervention • Monitors occupancy levels to match lighting, heating and ventilation • Fridge and freezer temperature monitoring (door open = increased costs) • This situation (door propped open for major delivery) would result in a message to a nominated email or mobile • “Freezer temperature warning..”

  3. Energy analysis at a sample restaurant. 975 kilowatt Hours saved each week 6 trial sites have been analysed. The calculated savings , per year are as follows:- Restaurant 1 £ 15,000 Restaurant 2 £ 10,000 Restaurant 3 £ 16,000 Restaurant 4 £ 12,500 Pub 1 £ 8,000 Pub 2 £ 15,000 Average saving £ 12,750
