  2. Decision Making- Fun Na’Sean was our final decision maker on the different projects we could do. VOLCANOES HERE WE COME….

  3. KWL Chart-Volcanoes • We worked hard on completing our KWL chart about volcanoes. I was surprised how our class had prior knowledge about volcanoes! We watched a cool video about volcanoes on the Smart board!

  4. Connecting Language Arts Read-aloud- “my mouth is a volcano!” Our Writing Project • We read “My Mouth is a Volcano” by Julia Cook and discussed as a class the things we can do before our mouth erupts! • After our read-aloud, we created volcanoes and wrote about one thing we could do before our mouth erupts!

  5. Our Volcano Ingredients and Materials… • Clay • Water • Vinegar • Baking Soda • Food Coloring • Glitter • Water Bottles • Measuring Utensils • Newspaper
