ICT ManagerSummary of Duties • Manage and co-ordinate staff in data processing department • Motivate and lead skilled people • Keep up with the developments in ICT field • Read reports on system performance and finds ways to improve it • Discuss system problems and new projects with users • Prepare department budget
DB AdministratorSummary of Duties • Talk to managers to make sure the database is doing what they need • Meet with users to make modifications to the database when they are needed • Make sure the database is performing at its best all the time • Develop policies (rules) to ensure security and integrity (accuracy) of the system
