  3. Current 3-D Model • Recent Changes: • Seat Assembly • Arm Size

  4. Seat Assembly Configuration as shown: -Cushion, circular plates, and swivel are all connected using (4) ½” dia. bolts -Seat assembly attached to seat support bar using (2) ¾” dia. bolts

  5. Completed Wings Construction

  6. Gun Rest Assembly Configuration as shown: -3/4” OD vee slides inside 7/8” OD straight rod -7/8” OD rod slides into 1” OD “L” rod -1/2” dia. pin welded onto 1” OD rod -1/2” OD pin slides into ¾” OD sleeve -Sleeve fits into ¾” hole on arm support -Arm support welded onto bottom bar of floor

  7. Arm Support Prototype Current prototype consists of two 3/8” thick square tubes: - 1 vertical tube (for drainage) - 1 horizontal tube (for sleeve)

  8. Gun Rest Prototype -Telescoping rod used for vertical arm -Gun rest vee constructed with ¼” aluminum stock with a bolt connecting it to the vertical rod
