  3. DATES • 17-18 May 2010: The ARF Defence Officials’ Dialogue • 18-19 May 2010: The ARF Security Policy Conference (ASPC) • 19-20 May 2010: The ARF Senior Officials’ Meeting (ARF SOM) • 21 May 2010:the Preparatory Meeting for the ARF Disaster Relief Exercise (ARF DiREx)

  4. ACCOMMODATION • Rooms at the Resort have been blocked at special rate and delegates are encouraged to stay in the dedicated Resort for ease of movement and logistic arrangements. • Details of the arrangement of the host, especially for the heads of delegation will be put on the Administrative Arrangement, which will be circulated to ARF participants on the first week of May.

  5. TRANSPORTATION • Delegates will be received and seen-off at the Da Nang International Airport by officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam. • A chauffeur-driven car will be provided for Heads of delegations and the Head of the ASEAN Secretariat upon arrival and seen-off and during the meeting period upon request • Coaches will be provided for other delegates for airport transfers upon arrival and departure.   * Traveling from the Da Nang International Airport to the Golden Sand Resort & Spa takes around 45 minutes.
