  2. Click on AMTrax button on the far right • You will see your 3 yr CEU documentation period. • Add all CEU’s starting Jan 2010.

  3. Click on “Add Activities” • Select Type of activity • Professional education • Formal education • Employer Verification • Authorship of written works • Instructional Presentation • Organizational Presentation

  4. A description will pop up: • Professional Education: • Hand-graded STEP Articles/tests or CE Modules, self-instructional units, home study, in-service training, seminars, national, state, or local conferences, other structured learning experiences (includes OSHA and CPR training), etc. Maximum allowable points are 45 per CCP Compliance period. Note: If you have taken a STEP Test online, it will automatically be added to your CCP Activity once passed.

  5. Name of class/seminar/conference/article/module: • Date of Class (mm/dd/yyyy) • Course Number • Number of Class Hours

  6. By clicking this box, I attest to my understanding of the CCP requirements and the elements of the attestation. • Click submit button

  7. Review your data • Use the EDIT button to correct errors • Points are added automatically • CCP requirements met? Yes or No

  8. You can print this list at any time. • Keep documentation of all activities • Your files are subject to inspection by AMT/AMTIE at any time!!
