ISO 9001 Certification to Ensure the Quality at All Levels In the year 1979 base on BS 5750 series BSI proposed ISO which is well known as International Organization for standardization and the first standard was published in the year 1987. ISO 9001 belongs to the family of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9000. Nearly billion companies are ISO 9001 certified as per statistics. Global adoption of this standard involves many attributes. Depending on the product complexity contractual standard requirements can be tailored base specifications. Base on manufacture, design responsibility, distribution and risk to the producers this standard can be modified as per the client requirement. Both internal and external resources are responsible for the implementation of this standard. In terms of auditing, Implementation consulting, risk covering, effective statistics and payback external resources proved to be more beneficial than internal resources. Organizations that are more concern for consistent maintaining and quality improvement of products and services ISO 9001 Certification provides tools and guidelines to the Organization. External resources or third party also provides Independent confirmation that ISO 9001 meet the requirements. In today’s world ISO 9001 is most widely used by the Organization. It meets all the requirements that organizations wishing to meet as per the standard. This certification can be attained by any Organization irrespective of size and nature.
