Primary purposes of the Reporting SIG’s Company Level Informal & Early Training & Know-How: • Members will receive greater demonstrations and informal training. • Members will run and review key reports. Non- Company Level Informal & Early Training: Members will receive greater demonstrations and informal training. Running & Reviewing Reports: Members will run reports and help validate key reports in Workday. Potential for Report Writer Access post Go-Live: As members become more experienced with Workday Reporting some members may be able to gain Report Writer access.

  4. Proposed members for Company Level SIG --- a mixture of ~ 30 members across Central & Divisional finance departments. Managers / Leads welcome to attend.

Project Plan – Company Level SIG WD22 Reviewing Reports: • Run & test key reports • Stump the experts • Financial Statement definitions • Advanced report scheduling • Advanced business object details Mar Feb Apr May June  Informal Training: Accessing, running & saving report filters Introduction to scheduling reports and the W:Drive Review report book and report types Financial Statements Key Reports Introduction to report security and business objects

  7. Planned Meetings – 6 planned meetings in Feb & March. April – June meetings will be planned in the future. WD22 3 3 TBD Mar Feb Apr May June  February: Tuesday, February 18: 3 – 5 pm in Saunders Room 1301 Tuesday, February 25: 3 – 5 pm in Saunders Room 1301 Thursday, February 27: 3 – 5pm in Genesee Room at Scottsville Road (limited space) March: Week of March 3rd – during Test Cycle 3. Time and Room TBD. Tuesday, March 18: 3 – 5 pm in Saunders Room 1301 Friday, March 21: 2 – 5 pm in Genesee Room at Scottsville Road (limited space) Note: Meeting reservations to be sent out during the week of February 4th.

Project Plan – Non - Company Level SIG (Note: Proposed Members TBD) WD22 Informal Training: • Accessing, running & saving report filters • Introduction to scheduling reports and the W:Drive • Review Manager Financial Reports (Monthly Ledger) • Run and Review key Reports • Advanced report scheduling Mar Feb Apr May June  Note: WD22 brings needed functionality for additional reports for Non-Company Level users.
