2 2.5.3 Progress Meetings and Reports
Meetings, Reports & Telecons Progress updates:Expect to hold monthly teleconferences or video conferencing to review work in progress and forthcoming work. Monthly reports:Short summary reports should be written for the Progress meetings. Kick-off meetings:To be held as necessary as new workpackages are launched. Could be held concurrently with Progress meetings. Reviews:Expect to hold Review meetings at the end or near to the end of a workpackage. These are particularly important for determining payment schedules. Likely to be face-to-face. General communication:Everyone is encouraged to keep in contact regarding successes and failures!
