Food Diary- A typical day • Breakfast Two Weet-bix with Calogen (4.1g) Drink Taken • Lunch Spring Vegetable Soup (1.7g) Packet of Crisps (2.0g) Drink Taken • Dinner Low protein pasta with tomato sauce and stir-fry Vegetables (3.2g) Drink taken SnackTwo Vegetable Spring Rolls (3g) Total Protein: 14g
