CCRAA Awards (P031B085….) • Over 15% of the CCRAA awards still contain significant carryover, despite a 1-year extension period and current liquidation status • CCRAA drawdowns MUST be completed by December 31, 2011 • Funds will no longer be available on January 1, 2012 and may revert back to U.S. Treasury • Remaining Balance for the CCRAA program alone is in excess of $9 Million HBCU, HBGI and SAFRA Awards • CCRAA drawdown status is reflective of the other Title III, Part B awards • About 59% of HBCU, HBGI and SAFRA awards contain significant carryover amounts (highest carryover amounts present in the HBGI and SAFRA awards) • Remaining Balances for the HBCU, SAFRA and HBGI programs total over $571 Million Institutional Service (OPE)
