Peer and mutual reviews • Various types of peer reviews:- economic performance- governance- development co-operation- health- education… • Between OECD Member countries and non-Member economies • Regional education peer reviews & South-South co-operation • “Mutual Review of Development Effectiveness"

  8. Conclusions • ODA is expected to rise sharply • Financial requirements for EFA are still great • Developing country ownership of EFA targets is essential • Donor alignment is expected • Working in partnership is key
