  3. Where did RAMADAN originate • RAMADAN has pagan roots developed in India and the Middle East. The observance of fasting to honor the moon, and ending the fast when the moon’s crescent appears, was practiced with the rituals of the Eastern worshippers of the moon

  4. Where is RAMADAN celebrated • Ramadan is celebrated in Egypt,Norway,Spain,Paris,Germany,Italy,Sweden,Canada

  7. Traditions of RAMADAN • Every year the Muslims fast for Ramadan meaning they part themselves for water,food,and smoking . But they only eat twice a day one in the morning called Suhoor and one after the sunset called Iftar.
