  3. QA Military Delivered Training • QA of Military Practices through the Defence GPEC • Three Civilian Consultants, two RCGP, one Lay Member, two trainers, two GPStRs and three sS Advisers • New approvals for 2 years • Re-approvals for 3 years • This includes Headley Court and two DCMHs

  4. Model of Educational Supervision • ‘Umbrella’ Model not feasible at present • ‘Baton’ method with one ES for SHC and one for PHC • To date in NHS, trainer is the ES (in the SLA) except if 50:50. • ES Reports by trainer • ARCP Panel by DPMD

  5. Civilian GP Placements • QA by Severn Deanery • Ideas to improve communication • Pre (visit by GPStR) • During (visit by military trainer) • Post (Tynedale questionnaire please) • Job Description • Feedback?
