Practical Matters Reminder: City Registration • All students staying in Utrecht for more than 4 months must register as citizen of Utrecht at the City Registration Desk (Arthur van Schendelstraat 500). • Registration Day in Utrecht for ALL international students: Friday, February 22 • Bring your passport! • Students living outside of Utrecht (e.g. Nieuwegein, Zeist, De Bilt) must register at the town hall of that community. • www.uu.nl/orientation for all information
FINDING ACCOMODATION • Do you have accommodation…?!If not: • www.uu.nl/housing > other ways to find accommodation • Do check with Short Stay Solutions regularly in case people cancel their stay • The International Office cannot assist you in finding accommodation!
Practical Matters Accommodation • This concerns only students who rent reserved accommodation via SSH Short Stay: An important housing condition (art. 2.7 & 2.8): “Cancellation only in case of urgent medical reasons or urgent family matters (…)”

Payment • General rule: Pay cash at the practice, make a claim with insurance company
