  3. Automated DMV Authentication Module (ADAM) Implementation • Arizona Office of Vital Records selected by NAPHSIS for pilot project • Gold Systems created integration functionality • Customized matching elements • Total internal testing time: 6 – 8 hours

  4. How is ADAM useful? • Web-based user interface which allows office users to quickly verify a customer’s driver’s license for authenticity • Automatic data import to customer service management system

  11. Statistics • Average verification performance 6.4 seconds • May 2014 successful match of 2,497 • May 2014 unsuccessful match of 95 • Due to anomalies • Learning system • Outdated information on ID credentials No Fraud Cases

  12. Is ADAM used Statewide? • At this time, only the State Office of Vital Records is using ADAM • County participation is optional and forthcoming • ADAM functionality may be enabled/disabled at the facility level
