What is ACP’s strategy? • Enhancing Chapter & Membership Value • Improve turn-around on member and chapter requests • Improve attitude of facilitation of chapter efforts and initiatives • Secure better member discounts to conferences/products (some exclusive) • Increase member and chapter recognition programs • Enable on-line member renewals • Add AMEX/Discover as forms of payment • Enable chapter use of corporate credit card merchant account • Increase networking opportunities • Provide leadership training • Help promote chapter program • Continue to provide D&O Insurance
What is ACP’s strategy? • Visibility Visibility Visibility • Develop the professionalism of the ACP image • Develop a brand • Revise brochure • Revise website • More Press Releases / Blast e-mails • Develop a recognized presence/prominence • Participation at trade shows • Partnerships w/ key industry players (DRJ, CPM, CCEP) • Participation in industry initiatives (BCM Salary Survey, COOP Systems Survey, BCAW) • Increased interaction between: • Board and Chapters • Board and the industry
What is the ACP Strategy? • Chapter Expansion & Membership Growth • Currently at 28 chapters and 1500+ active members • 4 new chapters chartered in 2005 • Several more in process, including NYC • Goal – 5000 members and 50 chapters by 1-1-07 • Push for General Members • Proactive management of inactive/disabled members • Logistics & Management • “Sunshine” Policy • Improve and update corporate bylaws • Diversify revenue stream • Improve chapter officer/director turnover process • Monthly teleconference with ACP HQ (TEI)

ACP - Upcoming Initiatives • Continue to expand the number of chapters • Focus on Top 50 MSA’s • Develop turnover documentation for incoming 2006 officers/directors • Manage 2005 Corporate Board Election • Name nominations committee / implement on-line voting • Conduct outside (non-ACP) audit of financials • Approve and seek additional partners through MOUs • ARC (update), DRII, Continuity Insights, Continuity Central • Upgrade ACP Library / Speakers Bureau • Set up ACP User Groups to enable more networking
