Lessons Identified Locally: • The Tew Centre: familiar location but formal no plan to open it. • Community self-supported shelter/comfort • Willingness to draw up plan/involve community EPU: • Will attend incidents within target 2 hours • Review communication methods; particarly on removal of cordon
