  5. Place the first O-ring seal at the outside of the cilinder head • O-ring placed !

  6. Placing the inner seals ofthe cilinder head. Two pieces have to be placed, it is only displayed once. • First place the O-ring seal

  7. Place the seal in the 2 (3) cavity • Gently put te O-ring into the cavity.

  8. Take the Shamban seal and make sure the orientation is wright ! • Be sure to put the seal in

  9. Bend the seal into this shape, so it will fit in te cavity in the cilinderhead • Place the seal into the second cavity in the cilinderhead, ontop of the O-ring.

  10. Now push the seal in the cavity • Press on the seal to fit it in the cavity

  11. Repeat the same handeling for the second shamban seal in the third cavity. • Attention ! • Try to rotate the bulb in the seal 180°.

  12. Two seals are placed now • Place the O-ring in the first cavity

  13. Place the O-ring • Make shure the O-ring is situated in front of the cavity. The shamban seal has to be placed behind the O-ring!

  14. Take the shamban seal and hold it in the right direction ( foto ) • Bend the seal into this shape, so it will fit into the cavity.

  15. Place the seal in the cavity • Make sure you place the seal behind the O-ring! • Push the seal into the cavity

  16. Press on the seal to fit it in the cavity • Grease up the seals

  17. Grease up the seal fixing tool for the cilinderhead • Put the seal fixing tool in front of the cilinderhead

  18. Gently push the tool into the cilinderhead • Be sure not to damage the seals ! • Push it trough

  19. Keep it like this for at least one minute • The seals will retake their original shape • Retract the tool • Cilinderhead is ready

  20. Grease up again • Grease up the cilinderrod

  21. Place the rod in front of the cilinderhead • Push the rod into the cilinderhead • Make sure not to damage the seals !

  22. Push the cilinderhead over the rod and keep it there • Take the O-ring seal for the rod • This seal tightens te piston to the rod

  23. Place the O-ring • Twee

  24. Take the seal sliding tool for the piston • Place the tool on the piston

  25. Place the O-ring on the tool • Roll it towards the middel cavity in the piston

  26. Place the O-ring • Place the shamban seal on the tool

  27. Slide the seal towards the cavity • Make sure is will not twist ! • Place the seal and remove the tool

  28. Grease up the seal • Place the piston in the seal fixing tool

  29. Gentely help the seal into the tool • Make sure not to damage the seal • Press the piston into the tool • Keep it like this for at least one minute • The seal wil retake its original shape

  30. Push the piston out of the tool • Take the seal sliding tool and place it on the piston

  31. Place the tool as near as possible to the shamban seal • Put the X-like seal on the tool and slide it on the shamban seal

  32. Make sure the seal is not twisted • Remove the sliding tool • Take the piston-guide

  33. Gently put the piston guide into the seal fixing tool • Positon it well

  34. Grease up the piston-guide • Push it in the tool • Now the piston-guide is pre-shaed • Repeat this for the second piston-guide

  35. Save the piston-guides in the seal sliding tool • Take the cilinderrod and the piston • Be sure the piston is right orientated !

  36. Screw the piston on the rod • Place the rod in a bank-wrench

  37. Screw on the piston • Leave about 10 mm open and fill with LocTite

  38. Use LocTit 243 • Screw on the piston

  39. Clean the top and remove the LocTite • Now place the cilinder in the bank-wrench

  40. Position the first piston-guide on the piston • Put the rod in the cilinder and grease up the piston-guide

  41. Push in the piston until you can place the secon piston-guide • Grease up the second piston-guide

  42. Push the rod in the cilinder • Place the cilinder in the bank-wrench • Not to tight ! That ril reform the cilinder !

  43. Grease up the thread and the O-ring • Push the rod towards the cilinder

  44. Thighten the cilinder • The cilinder is ready for use
