  10. ＴＥＩＮの運営 日本を含むnon-beneficiaries 4年間に 8M Euro ＴＥＩＮ＊ＣＣ 欧州ＥＣ 回線費用の補助 運営(NOC)費用 人材養成workshop 2006—201211M Euro TEIN3 回線の相互接続 運用に協力 人材養成に講師派遣 前段階のプロジェクト からの残存資金 2MEuro ネットワーク 資金の大部分はECから、TEIN*CC事務局運営費用は韓国政府およびソウル市からの支援あり
