Signs of stress1.Headaches • Stress is the most common cause of tension and headaches. It also includes other types of headaches like migraines or make an existing headache worse. • Episodic Tension Headaches • It can last 30 minutes to a week. Repeated episodic tension headaches occur less than 15 days a month for at least three months. Frequent episodic headaches may become chronic. So, it is a sign of stress. • Chronic Tension Headaches • This headache lasts hours and may be continuous. If your headaches occur 15 or more days a month for at least three months, they are considered chronic.

This can spread bacteria and contribute to the development of acne. • Various studies have also confirmed that acne may be associated with a higher level of stress.One more study measured acne severity in 22 people before and during an exam.

A study of college students shows that 81% reported that they experienced changes in appetite when they were stressed out. • In a study of 129 people, it is discovered that changes in behaviour is also a cause of stress for example eating without being hungry. • While these studies show a relation between stress and changes in appetite or weight, more studies are needed to understand whether other factors are involved.
5. Insomnia Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, or cause you to wake up too early. It also affects your energy level, mood and your health. Insomnia can also affect your work performance and quality of life. • Seven to eight hours of sleep is enough but it also varies from person to person. Consequently, Insomnia is clearly a sign of stress.
6. Frequent Sickness • Frequent sickness is also a sign of stress. A person repeatedly injected with diseases for example fever, cold infections, typhoid is definitely going through stress. Repeated sickness can affect one’s health permanently. So, treatment needs to be done as soon as possible.
