Intake of coffee and tea can trigger panic. •Practice breathing exercises: Slow and deep breaths can help reduce stress, restore your heartbeat, and improve blood flow. •Dig your triggers: With a calm mind, you can ponder upon the nature of the situation that triggers anxiety and work on alternate. •Confide: Keeping things bottled up does not help you.
