IMAP – Deployment. Looking to NCAB/sysadmins to support IMAP client configuration for their group/section. Intended primarily for heavy travelers/remote workers, i.e. not all client machines (desktops) will need to be supported.  IMAP will not be available to visitors

IMAP – Deployment • Looking to NCAB/sysadmins to support IMAP client configuration for their group/section. • Intended primarily for heavy travelers/remote workers, i.e. not all client machines (desktops) will need to be supported.  • IMAP will not be available to visitors • NCAB volunteers needed to test IMAP in June • Barring any problems during the testing phase, roll out IMAP in July

  2. IMAP - Questions for NCAB • How would you like to see the service rolled out?  Announcement in Staff notes, other? • Do divisions have a way to push a config to email clients? • What are the most popular email clients?
