KapalbhatiPranayama:It is one of the deep breathing exercises and also known as the “Breath of fire.” The process is a natural one and helps to lose weight. It starts with by crossing the legs together on the floor with your spinal cord erect, chin up and neck strong. Close your eyes and hands on the knees. Always make sure that abdominal muscles are relaxed and palms facing towards the down. Take a deep breath and slowly exhale it. Continue the process for 30 to 50 times in the initial stage.

Touch the tips of the finger that is the ring finger with the tips of the thumbs. Slowly try to breathe and exhale into a relaxing position. Continue this for 5 to 10 times.3.     AnulomVilom Pranayama:This exercise is known as the “alternate nostril breathing.” It is mainly practiced in fresh air by sitting comfortably on the ground. Close the one side of the nose with the thumb finger and inhale the air inside from the other side. Put the fingers in a cross manner, and then put the ring finger on the other part of the nose and exhale the air. Continue the process for 10 to 15 times initially.
