BUSINESS BACKGROUND • HumNet Inc is a company which was started in 2005 and is headquartered in Houston. • The company offers a web based service to its users • A simple web based question & answer forum where users can post their questions on the site and get answers from other users • The main goal of our company is to give correct and accurate information to our users • The company has been successful in attracting 20,000 unique web users • The total revenue of the company derived mainly from web advertisements is approximately $90,000.

BUSINESS NEED • Improve market share through increased Expert and customer interactions • To connect Experts with Information Seekers in a timely manner within their area of expertise and region • To Increase earning opportunity for experts • Increase revenues by earning percentage share every time an expert charges an information seeker • Improve customization of expertise supplied to information seeker • Establish online marketplace for services and information delivery. • Reliable place to search for personalized expert services
