Breakout Sessions Goals: • Based on feedback from our last Quarterly meeting, we created a new meeting format • More detail about more IT topics delivered by more people • Approximately 20 minutes per session • 6 Sessions are divided into the following current IT initiatives: • IT Service Desk, PMO/Clarity, SharePoint/Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relations Management (CRM), Technology (Disaster Recovery, Windows 7, Strategy), Video Conferencing • Groups based on: • Pre-registration via survey process • Registration this morning • If you are unsure of which group you are in, please visit the registration area • Please be considerate of all the other sessions and keep conversation levels at a minimum • Start times, 5 min warning, and end times will be announced
