Formation with national and locals professionals, annual meetings, local monthly meetings. • Look for connect: Experience of relationship, connection & cohesion; intellectual challenge that promote the self-education & the collaborative construction; Practical experience that allows a feedback of the theory. • Reaching to social leaders to the whole national territory, in a formation process of two years.

  3. Formacion en Todo Chile Iquique; Antofagasta, Tocopilla, Calama, Copiapo, La Serena, Valparaíso, Santiago, Rancagua, Concepción, Los Angeles, Coyhayque, Punta Arenas

  4. El proceso Duración: 2 años Presencial Contenido (3 días contenidos año). Dirección local. Presencia Equipo Nacional Grupos de Estudio (6 meses). Reuniones semanales. Fichas de estudio. Formadores/as. Cada mes un modulo. Examen Mensual por cada Módulo Presencial de Practica (1 día) presentación de prácticas. Dirección Local Lecturas Obligatorias (Disponibles en Web) y Complementarias Encuentro Nacional (Finales de año) Practica (18 meses, desde Agosto) Practica. The Formation as a useful investment The single accumulation of nonhuman capital (machineries, equipment, natural resources), as it were maintained in modernity; without the increase of the innovation and the human capital development, at heart it presents/displays decreasing yields in the long term. The formation to the social action, in terms of accumulation of human capital and search of innovation, allows us to improve the levels of social impact • The EFAD experience has demonstrated that by each unit spent in formation, fiveunits in social intervention, impact and transformation will be obtained (will save).
